Welcome to the D'Aloia Lab! Our work lies at the intersection of marine ecology, evolution, and conservation biology. The central theme of our research program is understanding the patterns, causes, and consequences of dispersal in the ocean. More broadly, we are interested in studying the molecular ecology of coastal fishes and invertebrates. Our lab is located on the Saint John campus of the University of New Brunswick and is well-equipped for both molecular bench work and scientific diving.
Update: Our lab is moving to the Department of Biology at the University of Toronto Mississauga in January 2022!
